Delete From the App
The fastest way to delete your account is directly inside the Matrix Fist app. No email required.

Open the Matrix Fist app and sign in to your account

Tap the Profile tab at the bottom of the screen The person icon, bottom right

Scroll to the bottom of your profile page

Tap Delete Account Shown in red at the bottom of the settings section

Confirm deletion when prompted This action is immediate and cannot be undone
Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted immediately. You will be signed out and will not be able to sign in again with the same email unless you create a new account.
Can't Access the App?
If you are unable to access your account or the app, you can request deletion by contacting us directly.

Email us from the address associated with your Matrix Fist account. Include your @handle if you know it. We will process your request within 7 business days.

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently and immediately deleted from our systems:

What Is Retained
Matrix Fist does not retain any personal data after account deletion. There is no backup retention period for personal information.
The only exception is anonymised, aggregated statistics (e.g. total number of matches played across all users) that contain no personally identifiable information and cannot be linked back to your account.
Standard server access logs (IP addresses, timestamps) held by our infrastructure provider (Supabase) may be retained for up to 30 days for security purposes before automatic deletion. These are not shared with third parties.
What Matrix Fist Collects
For full transparency, here is every category of data Matrix Fist collects during normal use:

Matrix Fist does not collect GPS location, contacts, browsing history, financial information, or any data not listed above. Data is never sold to third parties.
All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections and stored on Supabase infrastructure with encryption at rest.
